Dwan Breaks Silence
In an interview with PokerNews at the Aussie Millions, Tom Dwan answered some tough questions after coming out of “hiding” since last September. When asked where he’d been over the past few months, Dwan said he was in Macau and Vegas playing “a decent amount of poker.” He also said he may have been in London playing… “I’ve played a lot of live poker since, obviously, there’s no online [poker], but I plan to start that soon.”

Durrrr Challenge Update
So what’s up with the Durrrr Challenge anyway? In the latter part of 2011, Tom Dwan was able to take back a little of the $700K lead that Dan “jungleman12” Cates had on him. Cates, who had been doing very well in the first few months of the challenge, lost his edge a bit, giving $172K back to Dwan.
Dan “Jungleman12” Cates Speaks Out about Dwan’s Unfinished Challenge
After issuing a heads-up challenge following EPT Prague back in December and not getting any takers, Dan “Jungleman12” Cates has been lying low, but he did recently do an interview in which he had much to say about his failed challenge, his poker promoting faux pas with known cheater Jose “Girah” Macedo, and his thoughts on the never finished Durrrr Challenge.
